How it began?
Soni Law Firm got in contact with our licensed general contractor to get their new office build. With a turnkey project from take-off to finish all the little details were discussed and outlined with the client and our team of experts for a smooth transition of their new commercial office construction. SNR Contracting team professionally took over the project and completed within budget and in a timely manner.
Attention to Details
This new built law office with its sophisticated color selections by our client and a comfort office layout by our team created a welcoming professional environment. Walls colors to doors design, floors color to lighting and plumbing fixtures; our team of professional trades and workers had once again delivered with pride and an outstanding workmanship
Ceilings
The Soni Law Firm has big windows and high ceilings that give the office a majestic look with a hint of luxury and spacious area. Our team at SNR Contracting specialists worked on adding LED pot lights and gird LED lights. As a commercial renovation company; the reflection of the ceiling layout is very important aspect to discuss with our clients, designers and trades before starting a commercial office renovation. Aside from the layout of the lights we also paid close attention of the layout of diffuseness, intake grills and sprinklers. Every item was measured to accommodate new layout; also to comply with OBC (Ontario Building Code) and ESA (Electrical Safety Authority) requirements. Today our client, as well as their employees at the Soni Law office, can hold their meetings and complete their daily tasks in a fresh looking and clean atmosphere with an ease flow of lights.
