The Thanks goes to our client for selecting all the colors, the finishing materials, fixtures and furniture which made The Firms a brand with a unique color theme. All our commercial office build outs get our full attention to meet our client’s expectations. Therefore, our general commercial contractor along with our outstanding workmanship crew did a fabulous job constructing this modern law office to bring our client’s vision and dream to reality.
Design and Build Dental Office
Design and Flow
A positive first impression is very important for everyone who walks into any newly build commercial office environment, so is the last impression when leaving such environment. Therefore, this commercial office construction was designed to have a combination of great flow with its layout and an elegant finishing with its design elements. and The layout and design of this law firm was made to meet the needs of day to day working environment which made it welcoming for professionals, employees, and visitors. This commercial office construction project had an advantage of combining two large units into one unit; this gave the space an abundance workspace.
Ceiling
Coffered ceiling design with a good amount of lighting gave the waiting and reception area a wow factor for all visitors. so The entire office ceiling area was maintained at the same height which gave the impression of a much larger office space. Therefore, spreading the lights equally and properly was very important for such high ceilings.
Glass Partitions
Custom made tempered glass partitions and doors were installed for all offices to allow for the natural light to flow through the big windows into the entire office space. This added brightness to all the interior offices that didn’t have windows and it gave the space a rich and classy look. All glass partitions and doors had privacy film with big lockable grab bars. The privacy glass film had a touch of the color theme; this was a brilliant touch by our client to carry on the branded color theme of their business.
Privacy & Security
This office environment has a combination of different type of professionals and businesses which makes privacy one of the main and most important building elements to focus on during this commercial office renovation. That is why sound barriers were installed into all new partition walls along with acoustic ceiling tile to keep confidentiality of clients and privacy of their business intact. Security alarm system, key fobs door entry and cameras were also installed to keep the space monitored and secured 24/7.
Washrooms
The color theme of this modern commercial office design was presented in each washroom. Men’s washroom had blue partitions and Women’s washroom had red partitions. Another brilliant design by our client that gave character for each washroom. The plumbing fixtures, porcelain floor tiles and bathroom accessories were selected with close attention to colors and finishing of every item which made the washrooms look fabulous. Renovation of commercial washrooms have high costs due to their outdated colors and design, but with these newly build washrooms the design and color will always be in style.
Common Areas
It’s always nice to have a space where everyone can take a break and have their lunch, snack, or coffee. The pantry area was designed and build with open concept and located at an area where it’s away from working and busy environment. It felt as if the office had its own food court area.
Aside from the pantry area, the printing area was another common area where everyone can have a small chat while waiting for work to be printed. Printing area located at the middle of all the working office environment and is easy for everyone to access.
