I hired Hussein to build my medical office (Mississauga Rheumatology). He was very professional from beginning to end. His price was very competitive, and completely worth the end product. He designed the waiting room drop-ceiling himself, and helped me with much of the design so I did not need to hire an interior designer. He was very patient, responding promptly and patiently to all my needs and queries along the way. We really enjoyed our experience with SNR. Starting with the first design meeting, we were able to develop a great plan. Then on to the pre-construction design meetings with a qualified and dedicated team for solid design development. Virtually nothing was left to doubt. The process was perfect. There were a few issues in construction and Hussain made it all great. They made the process easy, fun and worth the wait.
SNR did a great job building our medical clinic (IMC) by working according to scope, on schedule and within planned budget. They are always available when their attention is needed. Highly recommended!
Many thanks to Hussain and his team for a job well done! I hired SNR back in March 2017 and work began as soon as the weather cooperated in mid April everything went well as planned. SNR followed up with me in July and noticed some cosmetic issues in the plaster that they addressed the following day and corrected immediately. All the crew employees who did the work were professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Hussain made sure I was aware of every step of the process and responded immediately to any communication that I sent his way.
SNR Contracting LTD. did a complete build- up of our new Cosmetic Denture Clinic at 1849 Yonge Street in Toronto 6 months ago. All necessary City permits were obtained promptly and the work started immediately. There were no delays. I had worked w/contractors before, but working w/Hussain was a breath of fresh air. All my phone calls were returned promptly, questions and concerns were resolved to my complete satisfaction. Hussain closed all permits on time and our move into the new clinic was stress free and right on schedule. After build-up care was exemplary. Brian was right there when he was needed.
