A dental office environment is a unique working area that needs to serve its staff and clients with the best setting; therefore, our team of professionals made sure to design and build the best desired results for such dental office environment.  The dental supplier and our clients also participated on the design and of Queensway Family Dentistry.

Due to the combat with COVID-19, we had to wait for quite some time until we got the approved city permits to start our work.  During the wait time on permits, our team had a lot of time to consult with the client on their desired design for their new dental office build-out.

Dental office construction projects have many details that all must get checked off.  Our team of experts has a lot of knowledge and experience in dental construction.  Therefore, we ensured this dental office was well constructed to perfection.  Aside from paying attention to the design of the dental office we also made sure that every built aspect was as per the guidelines of The Ontario Building Code.

We ensured that everyone worked on this project understood and had a clear picture of the whole concept of dental office design. The location of dental chairs, x-ray machines, and dental lights in this medical office facility were all located to accommodate staff and patients.

Lighting

Aside from all the big windows that brings in the natural light; we concentrated on adding enough LED lights which are essential for medical practitioners, staff, and patients. Good and comfortable amount of lighting is crucial for patient checkups, equipment calibration, taking readings…etc. Doctors and staff always experience long hours of intense work and all need a good lift in their mood to ease of the busy environment inside their medical office. Therefore, a good amount of lights is a factor of positive mood booster.

Color Theme

We worked in close connection with our clients to finalize their decision on the color theme of their new medical office. The results were warm and welcoming. The combination of natural light and warm colors made the space welcoming and easy on the eyes.  Medical office construction and renovation requires much more than just architecture and design aspect. There are many more elements with the human touch to consider. The office has to have some elements with positive psychological effects. For this personal touch, we have used a warm mood-lifting color theme, natural light, equipment placement for the natural flow of the process, and everything is created for easy access.

Easy Maintenance

Cleanliness and the germ-free environment are crucial item in all medical offices.  We have selected an easier to clean and maintain materials for flooring, fixtures, and walls. The Luxury Vinyl Planks on the floor are effortless to maintain and keep clean. They are built for high traffic areas, which was perfect for this medical office environment.  Even the wall paint used was wiped and clean safe. To set the seal on hygienic conditions of the offices in this commercial medical build-out, we’ve made sure the use all sinks and faucets is hurdle free.  These little details make a huge difference on the down the road and on the long run.
