For this type of commercial medical office construction, our clients wanted to have a clean architecture with enough accessible space for their staff and patients. Our client had a primarily floor plan design which helped us to finalize the layout and produce architectural and mechanical drawings for the city permits. We have used the available area very efficiently to provide the utmost expanse for day to day use. The furniture was delivered by Holland Furnishing which had the most efficient usage at this medical surgeons’ office.
Patients will be welcome from the moment they walk in to a big welcoming three station reception desk, spacious waiting room, a clean bathroom and comfortable big exam rooms. On the other hand, we made sure the medical staff and doctors will also enjoy their comfortable space to work more productively and carry on with their daily tasks.
Building Environment
Working at a high traffic environment such as this medical building was a bit of a challenge. Due to the building’s busy environment on the inside and outside, the installation and delivering of materials to a second-floor unit where the office is situated was handled very carefully. SNR Contracting management team always had to make sure to secure cooperation with building’s management and a doctor’s office in the unit below to be able to work on the concrete coring and drainage connection. Majority of the work was carried out after business hours and at night.
Safety
Safety is the number one consideration in any of our medical office construction and renovation projects. Color Theme
We worked in close connection with our clients to finalize their decision on the color theme of their new medical office. The results were warm and welcoming. The combination of natural light and warm colors made the space welcoming and easy on the eyes. Medical office construction and renovation requires much more than just architecture and design aspect. Even the wall paint used was wiped and clean safe. To set the seal on hygienic conditions of the offices in this commercial medical build-out, we’ve made sure the use all sinks and faucets is hurdle free.
